  1. Order Processing & Shipping Policy
  2. Order processing: Orders are processed within 2–7 business days before shipment.
  • Shipping: After processing, transit times vary by destination: 7–21 business days (standard domestic/international). Times may be longer during peak periods.
  • Tracking: A confirmation email with tracking number is sent once the order ships.
  • Delays: Boomshy is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or unforeseen events, but we will assist in tracking your order.
  1. Returns & Refunds Policy
  • Eligibility: Returns are accepted only for items that are defective, damaged in transit, or have a proven manufacturing error.
  • Claim window: Report any issue within 14 calendar days of receipt.
  • Process: Send photos of the defect and your order number to Contact@boomshy.com. After validation, we will offer a replacement, partial or full refund, or store credit as appropriate.
  • Refunds: Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after approval. Original shipping fees are generally not refunded unless the issue is our responsibility.
  • Non-refundable: Items without defects, custom/personalized items, and changes in size/color for buyer’s convenience are not refundable (unless explicitly stated).
  1. Cancellation Policy
  • Cancellation before processing: Orders can be canceled free of charge within 24 hours of confirmation, provided they are not yet in processing.
  • Cancellation after processing: Once an order is in production or shipped, cancellation is not possible. See the returns policy if applicable.
  1. Customs, Taxes & Import Fees
  • Duties/taxes: Customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, and local fees. These charges are not included in the displayed price or shipping fees.
  • Customs holds: Boomshy is not responsible for delays or fees related to customs clearance.
  1. Warranty & Defective Products
  • Warranty: Products with manufacturing defects are covered. We will request proof (photos, description).
  • Remedy: Priority replacement. If unavailable, refund or store credit will be offered.
  1. Privacy Policy (summary)
  • Data collected: Name, address, email, phone number, shipping and payment information.
  • Use: To process orders, communicate about orders, improve service, and for marketing if consented.
  • Sharing: We share necessary data with our suppliers (e.g., Supliful) and carriers to fulfill orders.
  • Retention: Data is retained as long as necessary to fulfill orders and per legal obligations.
